Mojitos are very popular and quite easy make with a little time.  Try the recipe below, then add other flavors, such as Mango, to change it up.  And if you are too busy, we also have Smirnoff and Bacardi Mojito mixers on sale.
Original Moijto

Ingredients
  • 4-12 mint leaves
  • 1 lime (for juicing)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • 1 sprig of mint (for garnishing)
  • Ice (crushed is best)

Directions
  • Combine mint leaves, juice from half of the lime, and powdered sugar together and muddle.
  • Add ice.
  • Stir in rum and top off with club soda.
  • Garnish with mint sprig.

Serving
One wonderful glass.

Variations
  • Substitute simple syrup for powdered sugar to make a Miami Mojito.
  • Substitute granulated sugar for powdered sugar to make Cuban Mojito.
